Withdrawals settle within 1–3 business days depending on bank processing. Virtual accounts support both deposit and withdrawal in a single transaction flow. No fees are charged by teshoki for VA transfers, though your bank may apply standard transfer fees. BCA VA is instant recognition; Mandiri, BRI, and BNI VAs follow similar timelines. Keep your VA code and receipt for reference if any issue occurs during transfer.

Fees, limits and verification

teshoki charges no deposit fees for any payment method. Withdrawal fees vary by method: e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are fee-free, while bank transfers may incur a small platform fee (details visible before you confirm withdrawal). Minimum deposit amounts are typically low (descriptive: tens of thousands of rupiah) to encourage accessibility. Maximum deposits and withdrawals depend on your account tier and verification level. All new accounts must complete KYC (identity verification via ID upload and selfie) before deposits over a certain threshold can be processed. Verification usually completes within subject to verification during business hours. VIP members or high-volume accounts may face elevated limits after completing enhanced verification. Standard account limits reset on a monthly cycle; any unused limit carries over into the next period. Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit appears to be stuck or has not credited within the expected window, first check your transaction history in the Cashier section to see the payment status.
